As one lives with the loss, they become scared, lonely, and confused. Once the person realizes that denying the loss will not make it go away, individuals often become angry (Gard, 2000). Sadness, anger, happiness, fear, surprise, hope, contentment, and peacefulness are a few examples of adjectives used to describe how we view death based on the circumstances of the death.
I really liked this statement and article about death because, now days there are so many different causes of death that takes over so immediatley such as cancer. When this happens the person that is grieving really does not have much time to accept it and it is very sad. When you have been with a person for so long its hard to go on with everyday life. I am recently experincing a friend that lost her husband and it is so hard for her. The best things I have realized is to keep family and friends close at your side because, you never know when you will need them. Some days might be ok for you and some days may be terrible and if you are left alone that can be tragic.
